Terms and Conditions




The Terms and Conditions between Allied Medical Billing Solutions (Allied MBS) and its Clients represent a legally enforceable agreement. The Client enters this contractual agreement with Allied MBS for medical billing and credentialing and other related services by accepting the Terms and Conditions.



Scope of Services  


  • Allied MBS operates as a professional service provider to optimize revenue cycle management through medical billing and coding and credentialing services for healthcare providers. Allied MBS offers medical billing along with supplementary services including: 

 

  • RCM Medical Billing
  • Credentialing


  • Allied MBS executes its services with high dedication and maintains a standard of industry practices. 


  • The Client understands receipt of final reimbursement depends completely on payer policy regulations together with provider compliance.



Client Responsibilities:

 

  • Supply accurate documentation to Allied MBS which must be both complete and timely for billing and credentialing purposes. The Client agrees to:
  • Submit correct patient information merged with insurance details and treatment documentation records.
  • Must follow both HIPAA and other professional regulations that apply to their business.
  • Answer immediately whenever requested to supply more documentation or explain details.
  • Advise Allied MBS about all practice modifications and provider profile updates and payer agreement alterations.


  • The Client bears responsibility for accurate and timely information delivery as any delays or denials in claims shall not hold Allied MBS responsible.



Confidentiality & Compliance:


  • The Client’s data receives strict protection through Allied MBS’s steadfast dedication to both privacy and data security. Our organization follows HIPAA requirements by taking protective measures for all sensitive patient data. Allied MBS requires the Client to uphold all patient data protection regulations as well as medical billing regulations at all times.




Payment Terms  

 

Allied MBS provides services according to payment terms which the service contract stipulates. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Ocean Blvd Vital Care Inc. pays Allied MBS through flat rate fees, percentage of collections collected and per claim fees according to their service agreement.
  • Clients need to pay their medical billing services fees based on the schedule that both parties agreed to in the service document. Service termination along with added costs can become consequences when payments become delayed.
  • The client must submit all billing protests in written format to Allied MBS within 10 business days upon receipt of invoices.



Limitation of Liability  


  • The Client acknowledges that Allied MBS focuses on accurate billing and claims submission practices through this statement.
  • Allied MBS bears no responsibility towards insurance claim denials when the Client furnishes improper or imperfect information to Allied MBS.
  • System downtimes as well as payer policies and regulatory changes which affect billing delays operate outside the control range of Allied MBS.
  • Allied MBS remains free from responsibility regarding any unspecified damages that stem from completely as well as indirectly arising from invoice mistakes or service interruptions.



Termination & Cancellation  


  • The Agreement can be ended by either party through written notification that requires thirty days advance notice. Upon termination:
  • Payment for all outstanding fees needs completion as a mandatory requirement for document and data transfer.
  • The transition support from Allied MBS ends when services terminate and the company is not legally bound to handle any claims afterward.



Amendments  


  • During the time of service agreements Allied MBS has the authority to make needed adjustments to these Terms and Conditions. The company will give clients advance notice about essential modifications. Any updated Terms will become valid when clients continue using Allied MBS’s services without objection after they receive the notification.


  • The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions by utilizing Allied MBS services after reading and understanding them completely.
